The challenge
Stock sat in different shops and nobody knew which sizes and colours were left where.
What I did
- Stock by size and colour for each shop, in real time
- Retail, wholesale and minimum prices, wholesale from 10 units, profit at checkout
- Cash, M-Pesa and card payments; a log of sales, restocks and price changes
- Owner and shopkeeper roles, in English and Kiswahili
