The challenge
Admissions, finance, travel and marketing each kept their own lists, so students waited between teams and nobody owned the next step.
What I did
- 17 roles, with a permission matrix managers set for their assistants
- Each pipeline stage owned by a role; every dashboard opens with My Queue and one next action
- Finance stamps a travel record before a student is cleared to travel
- Mark as Travelled stays locked until passport, visa, flight and arrival are done
- Printable invoices, payslips and vouchers; SMS, WhatsApp and email campaigns
